What should I do?
What should I do?
I have recently aquired a 1966 300 w/ a 383 and automatic from my girlfriend's grand father... I believe he is the 2nd owner of the car since I know he at minimum has owned the car since 1969.. It has 21k original miles and is a complete car with nothing of consequence missing.. Its been sitting for about 15+ years and because of that is in bad shape. I dont really have anywhere to put this behemoth of a car so I can work on it...
I am trying to figure out of the car is worth spending a bunch of time money and effort on... I am thinking of just selling the thing and move on in life but I have no idea what its worth.. and I currently dont have a title because my girlfriends grandfather has become somewhat of a hoarder and was diagnosed with dementia... So I would likely have to get a title the hard way...
What do you guys think?

Welcome aboard!
First you don't need a title for a car that old, at least not in NY, so you have to check the regs for your state.
As far as worth / value, don't know - prices change and the condition does factor in. If you're not sure, use eBay - look for similar models and see what they sold for.

welcome, you have to ask your self, is this the life style for me, to build and drive this car, hunt down parts, bust my nuckles on rusty metal, and fight with your woman when you want to wrench and she want your time. It is all wearth it if you have the love for he hoby

Thats good advice 62! Do you really want to be a Mopar guy, or would it just be best to pass it on to someone that has a passion for it, and will give it a good home. Without pics, we cant even give you an asking price range.
