360 with 833 should fit right?

360 with 833 should fit right?
I have a 833 4 speed from a 69 cuda. Im looking to buy a 360 out of a 76' dodge truck. It should bolt right up right? as long as I get a clutch kit from a duster 360 that is 10.5" correct?

oh yeah the cuda was a 340
