1998 Dodge Neon High line 2.0l (C)

Random misfire codes 300/301 and 304.. No drivability-runs mint!!

-replaced cam and crank sensors
-Ignition coil, spark plugs, ignition wires.
-(4) injectors, Fuel Pump Module.

Still kicking codes 300/301 and 304
-Removed the cylinder head and replace valve springs as per bulletin for carbon deposits. cleaned all ports of manifold. replaced EGR Valve.

After all this work we replaced the PCM (After Market) and we now have a P0300.
again the cars mint but light on steady.

any help is greatly appreciated!!!

Put a scan tool on it... See if it stops misfiring off idle?
Or swap coils and see if the misfire follows the swap.
