76 duster exhaust manifold

My 76 duster with 360, has two diff headers & I can't seem to get the drivers side to pull off far enough to get a gasket replaced so I want to swap out to a better set up, summit says to use 5 diff ones, 1st choice is hedman 78500, but it exists right where the steering box is & I can't tell if the box is going to be in the way, another choice exits in the rear but once again, can tell if starter is going to be an issue, anyone dealt with the a body issues like this, just want it done right, preferably the first time, thanks guys

Most have success with Doug's or TTI. If you troll around "For A Bodies Only" forum you might get some ideas. I've read where they should have fit with power steering but was tight then found out later it was an engine swap with not same year K member and engine mounts and grief like that.

I'd want to be sure if your car was truly original pieces before shelling out the dough, I personally don't like block huggers. I don't have experience for you as I usually make my own or modify store boughts.

If you must I would look into block huggers.. Any headers on the drivers side will require the motor to be raised up to remove them... For A STREET CAR stock manifold and a good 2 1/2 dual system will work good
