78 440 balancing

I've seen a thread like this before, but it didn't really answer my question. I have a 78 440 that will have a forged Eagle 520 stroker crank. Does that mean it will be internally balanced? I'm looking to buy a flex plate and converter but don't know the balancing.

I've never seen a stroker kit that was not internally balanced. Did the kit come balanced?
