Best oil for a slant six 225 super six?

Hello i am petty much new here i am recovering my old grandfather car is a "Chysler Valiant Volare 79'" aka "Dodge aspen 79'" coupe it has a Slant Six 225 with the Super Six dual throat carb and a automatic 3 speed the car has been much abandonated on the street front my house for 6 years i fixed the starter relay and i got to crank for what i can hear and see runs well so i am gonna to put new liquids i want to know whats the best oil for it on a most sunny days

30W engine oil
OR
15W40 Engine oil

Also Use a good wix oil filter not a cheap filter.

I guess I would go with a 10W 30 or 10W 40 with zink additive.
