I'm looking for a tip or trick to deal with water spots on my flat black hood??? Any ideas??

Welcome ot the forum.... Be sure to check out the Mopar of the Month contest... I've never had any flat paint... No help here on the water spots.....

What have you tried? If the flat black is giving you trouble like that you should get it painted the proper color which is matte black. I dont have any trouble with cleaning or waxing my car. But with all that said a spray wax on a micro fiber cloth moistened to damp and elbow grease will do the trick. Does the black come off on the cloth if so the paint is oxidized and needs to be addressed

X2 on knowing what you have tried. Is this a hood that you painted your self? What paint did you use? Did you spray a clear coat as well?
