Engine quest heads on LA pushrod length

I'm building a 318 LA block with the engine quest heads. I was following an article on hot rod magazine that built this same setup except with a 360 mag block. They said to use 6.900" pushrods but those are about 3/4" short! I also read up about the mopar pushrods that are 7.625" but those are the right length for a hydraulic flat tappet cam and lifters, i am running a hyrdraulic roller cam and roller lifters. Any tips on that pushrod length?

Welcome.

After spending money on machine work and new parts, Rocker Arm geometry/Valve Tip scrub is worth the time mocking up and checking then measuring rod length. I would not go on someone's say so or a guess, valve train geometry is critical on these engines.
