Thumbs up

Chances are thats a drum-brake car, front & rear..
But that's ok - Mopar drum brakes stop far better than folks think,
and far better than GM or Ford drum brakes, in my experience..

A standing ovation for 68Fury68 -

There he is, on the other side of the world,
protecting all of us,
fighting for all of us,
and what's on this man's mind..?

His '68 Fury!!!

I don't know him personally, but man, i like him already

sweeeet , true sign of a mopar man. if your car did have front drum, id wait to hit the bone yards, so many of them came with disc brakes, that youll have 1/3 rd the 940 for an aftermarket setup.

Nice car man!!! I just bought a disc conversion kit from summit for $630. Haven't installed it yet, so I won't recommend until I find out how everything works out. Master Power Brakes had some good looking kits too, but were in the same price range you're looking already.

As for hitting up the bone yards, its definitely the cheaper way to go, but you might run into the problems I did. I went to every salvage yard I could find in a 50 mile radius and everywhere I went, people just laughed. I didn't find a single 70's or earlier mopar anywhere!!! Who's hording them all???!!!!
