have a ford, not smart enough to buy a dodge, help!!

hey yall!! just joined the site, have a old 98 expedition, i have rebuilt the motor and transmission (did not want a new car at the time--hate car payments

) now my heater core needs replaced/repaired, any suggestions how and where to get it fixed for less than $500???

Besides doing it yourself, I doubt anybody else would get the part and replace it for that price.
