Hello from Farmers Branch, Texas...

I'm an old(er) hotrodder/street racer from North Dallas.

I messed with Darts, Valiants, and Barracudas during the '60s and '70s, mostly 273, 4-speeds... but I did have the engine out of an AAR 'Cuda in a '64 Dart GT for awhile.

During the '80s-'00s I got into 1st Gen Mustangs ('64-1/2 to '66s).

My current build is a '68 Chevelle Malibu Sport Coupe, sbc and 4-speed. (Don't build one of these... It is the oddball of the Chevelle world!)

With retirement looming, I'm now looking for an early Duster project. My thoughts are for a late hemi and 6-speed, with modern suspension, electronics, and EFI.

A great but expensive project.. The stock suspension can be made to work very good..

Welcome! when i started driving the cost of gas was 1/3 the price of the octane. my sons always ask me if i went to school with Fred Flintstone. of course it was his dinosaur

Welcome to the Forum.......... I agree the 68-69 where are in there own bracket. Nice little cars tho. Cars were a little heavy bot with the "383 stroker" Should do the trick, they have great torq down low for that beast..... Be careful with that M21, Dont break it....lol

Hope you get a nice Mopar Project....
