What engine is this and in the other picture what is the top lever???

Engine looks to be a 170 or 225 Cubic Inch Slant Six with a Turbo setup... That is way Cool in my book...
Transmission..... One lever that you can feel the clicking, is the shift lever.... The other is the Throttle Pressure Lever to control the trans pressure to the inner components and also controls the passing gear of the transmission...

 

I appreciate everyone’s time and responses. I will probably have lots more questions in the near future this car is a first for me. I can work tools and things but just never learned the mechanics of a motor.
