Hi everyone. My friend and I have just imported a 78 New Yorker in stunning yellow and chrome. John has had a load of American cars over the years but this is my first. It is originally from Colorado but now resides in Cornwall. We have a small problem which I hope someone can help us with. The bushing that connects the wiper motor to the wiper arm has broken. It's in two parts and made of plastic/nylon. We've searched for a replacement but the only ones we can find do not look the same in pictures. Does anyone know if this part was updated. We don't want to order one from the States until we are pretty well happy that it is the right one as the shipping costs are considerable. Hoping to hear from someone.
