I'm looking to buy a 1968 charger 383 2 barrel with an automatic 3 speed on the column. Power steering, power drum brakes, a/c (not working). Trunk is rusted out, body is straight, engine runs fine , tranny shifts ok, not a show car, more of a survivor. Light green metallic exterior, dark green interior. How much should I pay?

How much would you say a car like this is worth after a decent restoration back to original specs?? Not SHOW quality.

The condition is fair. The car has some surface rust on the roof, and tops of the fenders and quarter panels. The body straight with a couple of minor dents and scratches. You can definitely see that the car was born Light Green Metallic. As most of the car still has the original paint. The spots where there's rust are not rotted through. However, the trunk's floor is rusted out to where you can see the exhaust pipes.
The interior is very clean and original. Dark Green.
The car was born with, and still has A/C, power steering, power drum brakes. This was originally a 2 barrel car, but someone put an Edelbrock 4 barrel in it. The exhaust system is new. So is the fuel system and alternator.
The following items don't work; parking brake, turn signals, original radio, speedometer, oil pressure gauge, a/c.
It has Magnum wheels.
The car appears to be unmolested.
All windows are in tact, and they all roll up/down.
Automatic transmission with a column shift.
I drove the car and it sounded and felt healthy. The transmission shifted fine. The power steering was very easy, and the brakes worked fine as well.
