New Member and build

Hi Guys/gals.
Name is Mike and live in Oklahoma. As an avid B body fan, I wanted to find a project that I could build with my other hot rod and Mopar friends for myself. Ive owned cars before but never a Mopar and always wanted a B Body. We have always known about this particular car for quite a few years, but the old guy would never negotiate on price. This has been going back and forth for the past few years, but he finally decided to sell me the car for a price I could live with. 1969 Charger with the VIN XS29L9G18XXXX
Car is 70% complete with all the the original metal still with the car. Original glass still in car. Doors removed but glass still in them. Engine is still in the car as is the 727 and they all match the VIN. Body tags match from the rear but I don't see a tag on the radiator support. Was a factory air car, power brake and steering car all still attached. Was told it was triple black car with the vinyl roof still on it. It's a project. I'm excited to pull it out of this guys shops and start inventory all the pieces to see what is missing. Dash pad is intact and not even cracked. All gauges and bucket seats and rear seat are there. No carpet. Console out of car but next to it.
Here however is the dilemma. The data tag has yet to be found. Havent had a chance to really look through the car for it as the old guy purchased the car from a body shop in 1984 and has sat untouched since. Nothing yet in the rear seat I can find for a build sheet. I'm hoping it turns up as we pull it out and look through the car completely.
I will however say this. My only real knowledge of these cars has been just by research online and talking to other Mopar guys. I am a novice when it comes to understanding the finer details of these cars so I hope I can relie on ya'll for some help when needed. I wish I could post some photos of the car, but the photos I have are not very good and once it's outside should be better. Thanks everyone and looking forward to some input.
