A new member from MD, representing my dad
Hello everyone. My name is Andrew and I joined the forum representing my dad, Glenn since he is not the most computer friendly person
He has had a 1967 Dodge Dart gt convertible project for about the past 14 years now. Unfortunately not much has changed during those years. We did replace the gas tank and put in new brake lines and the slant 6 runs decently. We were able to pick up front gt seats (plus another hood, a 318, 2 trannys and a few other randoms), so now it has front and rear gt seats. Never have driven it though except after he first bought it and got it into its first garage. It was towed to where it now sits when we moved. Body wise there isnt really a whole lot of rust. But because of the previous owner, the knife edges are pretty much gone on all of the fenders.
The only thing stopping us right now from driving it on the road is a pretty bad exhaust leak. So hopefully we can get that fixed and then do either two things. Sell it to someone, or "continue" working on it. Its a hard decision in a way for him because i know he likes it. But its been 14 years. And my brother and I kinda need the space for our projects But we shall see.
Thats all for now!

yes sir. first things first i am going to look around for a good place to get an exhaust so we can get that leak fixed and get it on the road. i think just by getting it on the road it will give him the motivation to continue on with it.
i don't think i have any pics on my computer and I am not even in the country right now but once i can i will put up some pics!
yeah like i said in a way we really do want to fix it up, just because they are getting rare and because i know my dad likes it. but not to much has happened for the past 14 years so thats why we think maybe its better to sell it to someone who wants it. like you sir lol. if you are serious about taking it off of our hands maybe we will be talking soon lol
either way though you don't have to worry about this one being lost. it will either be restored by us or by someone else.
