A new memeber from MN
Hello, I am Bryan. I just discovered the forums and look forward to gathering and sharing information and stories about these wonderful machines. I currently own a 68 charger, a 74 cuda and a 92 XJ Cherokee.

I got a buddy out in Princeton about 3 miles west of 169 on hwy 95 toward st cloud. He deals mainly in older VW's but has a couple of cudas if memory serves. Oh and welcome to the forum.

Bryan,
I live in Stillwater, MN and just bought a 1972 Charger with a 440. Just begun the rebuilding process. Would love to hear more about your cars as based on the pictures looks like they are further along then mine.

I am currently just keeping them running. I bought the cuda 5 years ago to play with while I worked on the charger but then I decided to keep driving the charger and the cuda so now I just drive them both and do little things as I can. The jeep was the mother inlaw's that I bought when she wanted a new car. It needed all new suspension so I figured why not lift it up and have some fun.

My Charger is up and running, in fact I drove it to work today. I just completed a power disk brake conversion and few other smaller items. Gona drive it for a while then do the body work and repaint it.

How did that brake conversion work out for you? I would like to do that to mine. I will need to do a power brake upgrade too.

I bought a kit from SSBC (Stainless Steel brake Corp). It came with 11.5 inch front rotors, 4 piston calipers, new master, new 9 inch brake booster, new prop value, a new bearing kit (as you use your existing spindles), and all the mounting hardware.
It's a great kit, very well designed and easy to install. I left the rear brakes with the drums for now, just rebuilt them.
