go on google, type in your car and fender tag numbers, and translate it
if it doesnt come up, just keep trying different word combinations
i know there is a site for this, but i cant remember what it is

hi val
easy way to tell is it the 5 on 4 inch bolt circle rim if so it might be stock disc brakes which would be a kelsey/hayes brake 4 piston caliper if it has a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt circle rim your brakes have been upgraded to disc and larger bolt circle rim if so try getting parts for a 73 dart, duster, scamp with disc brakes. a fender tag isnt going to tell you much for disc brakes the build sheet will though then you'll need a book to read the option codes same with the fender tag
goodluck val
p.s your car came from the factory with a 5 on 4 inch bolt circle being a 70 valiant -a-body they didnt switch over to a large bolt pattern until 73 w/ a v/8 73's also had small pattern with a /6 hope this helps

Hopefully this helps. By the looks of the products offered, I would say it came with drums all around.

If you find a part number for what you want I will cross check it and see if I can get you a better deal. Then I can check USPS's website to see what it would cost from NJ to Sweden.

hi val
im kinda lost on the cm part without a ruler in front of me but with you saying it has spacer plates on it im asuming its a 5 on 4 another way to kinda dertermine this is looking at the caliper does it have 2 round humps on the top inner and outer sides of it and hard metal brake lines going to each side [ inner & outer] the spacer plates wont cause it to brake funny one of the pistons inside of the caliper will as for replacing them i think it might be cheaper to rebuild them if possible a place over here in the states called year one in brasselton georgia carries restoration parts , seeing how your wanting to replace them dissassemble one and see if it can be rebuilt 1st [ the caliper that isnt the one pulling while braking ] atleast to check for pitting or worn cups and seals yearone also has a catalog for a-bodies [valiant, dart, etc etc ] you can give them a call at 1-800-year-one and tell them you need a catalog for your car atleast to do a price check on your parts seeing as how your over seas
good luck either way
