Hello, My 92 New Yorker has a new problem from just this morning. When I start the engine, the wipers run by themselves. The switch is "off" but they cycle about once every 30 seconds. But it's not consistent. They may eventually stop by themselves, or not. Once they cycled 4-5 times continuously then stopped. The one consistent thing is they will cycle at least once every time I start the engine. Does anyone know what causes this and how to fix it? Thanks!
