1996 Chrysler Cirrus Won't Start.

I have a 96 Chrysler Cirrus that will not start i have replaced the crank sensor And the PCM with one from a 1998 Chrysler Cirrus witch now I'm wondering if it has a anti theft on the 98 PCM?

Does it crank but don't start?

No crank?

Is there gas in it?

Does it have a GOOD COMPLETELY CHARGED battery in it?
