Could be a netrual safety switch. If it doesn't see the car is park or netrual, it won't start. Try moving the shifter a little and see if it starts.
I should asked tho - Does it crank over at all?

yes it cranks over i tried switching the auto shut down relay under the air intake also with another that works didnt do it. I will try the shifter. The car ran perfectly fine all lights come on when turn key. cant get it to flash a code when i do the on off on off method. The only think different i have done with car is park on steep hill at work and it will say it has no gas for a few then will come back up. I have a digi multi meter but dont know where to start to test. I have limited money also but am boggled because the car ran mint start up first try never a problem drove home then just wouldnt start up. Maybe the crank sensor?

I am thinking it is the same issue I had might need a new computer. sounds like your doing everything I did. the orange is tied in with the cam.
It might help big if you can get a chilten or haynes book.
The computer will not allow fuel or spark if it does not see any signal from cam or crank position. and if those are good then capoot need new computer.
