We bought a 98 Plymouth neon with an automatic trans for our 16 year old daughter with 62K miles. This car has no power on take offs or when you climb a hill but when you get up to speed it is fine and will run 80-90 mph with no problems. We have already done a full tune up and a new fuel pump and still no change. There is no lights on in the dash and we don't have the $$$$ to keep pouring into this thing any help is appreciated.

 

Sound to me like, someone did a timing belt and did not get it installed back in time.... Check that....
