Humphrey and Brogdon have never faced each other in eliminations. Foghorn Leghorn says: "Now looka, I say, looka here. I think it's time we "Chartered" our way to the next round with a little "Attitude"! Sorry, Ronnie!!"
Looks like the old rooster knew what was going on, as Brogdon runs a near career best ET. Humphrey uses a lot of track getting to the finish line and gets there second.

Krisher is waaay late and is never in contention. It's Johnson wire to wire with all of the incrementals.

This one is for pride! Edwards car leaves first and then moves around the right lane a bunch.It costs him the round.

Anderson has a 59-28 win/loss record with 2-3 in 2009 final round appearances. Johnson has a 39-35 record and is 0-1 in 2009. They met here last year with Anderson winning by a red light. Anderson is 29 - 17 against Johnson in prior events and Anderson is 13 - 3 against Johnson in prior final rounds.
Last race in Pro Stock for 2009 and for the second time Johnson goes red, this time by -0.017.
Anderson was right there with his own 0.005 lights and runs another strong six-fifty pass at almost two hundred eleven MPH.
