E-Brake Help Please!!!
Ok, I'm new here but i need help because my 89 lebaron, Aka "The Drift Machine" only locks up one wheel when i pull the parking brake....I really want to fix this, and I'm pretty good with fixing cars, but i'm unfamiliar with the parking brake system. Can someone please tell me what i should do to fix/replace this? Any help will be much appreciated

it is a manual e-brake right (has a long metal string than pulls or releases the e-brake)?
i'd just trace the line and see if it broke anywhere

usually the passenger side cable rusts up and im assuming that its the side that isn't working so i would just take both the cables off, from the single cable to where it goes into a divider plate remove it from there and if you are able take them out from the rear drums and see if you can move them in and out manually then spray a bunch of spray like zep oil and work it into both cables till free, hope any of this will help you out

I totally agree with Chally, put like half a can of WD-40 down each line being careful not to contaminate the brakes, safety first...lol. Let em soak for a while and then try to move em, on and off, they should free up.

when the e brake is applied, where the cable comes out of the housing, you should see about two inches of shiny cable from the cable operating. if one is rusty it isn't moving. try flexing the cable where it is thick as it goes into the drum then soak it a few times by wetting that section. the wd or rust solvent will soak through the spiral housing.
a leaking wheel cylinder or bearing seal can cause problems too.
