Hello everyone,

My brothers has a 1997 dodge avenger, and the transmission just went out, and he was quoted at $1000 for a new one. Can anyone help me out with finding a used or cheaper transmission? My brother and I will be doing all of the installation, but he does not want to pay a thousand bucks unless he has to.
Any help would be much appreciated on this,
