Parking Brake cable replacement-69 B Body

On my 69 Roadrunner the parking brake foot pedal will not depress. It is stuck in the "up" position.

Anyone have that problem before and what did you find wrong with it?

The cable on the underside and into the foot panel is not broke, so I assume some connector broke inside the brake mechanism. Before I take it apart, I thought I would post here.

Thanks in advance.

its probably stuck where it goes through frame under the drivers side floor board.if your lucky you might get it unstuck but more than likely you will have to replace the front section of the cable.oreillys has it for about 25.00.take it loose from the rear two cables and check to see if they are stuck
