Question Part Number for PCV Valves (1990 Wrangler Islander)

I'm doing some work on a family members Jeep and I need to replace the PCV valves along with grommets. I've been looking online for the PCV valves(needs a lot of work, lol). I found the front one I believe, but the back, I've not been able to find. The back valve should be slightly different with a smaller opening, right? Does anyone have the same model Jeep and can help me find these parts or let me know two of the front PCV will work? I didn't think so since the system is supposed to create a vacuum to direct air a certain way (front to back) in valve cover..

The Front one is the PCV Valve.... The rear hole is for the breather tube that goes to the valve cover and up to the factory air cleaner... Depending on the model..

Thanks for the guidance. So the rear doesn't need to be a specific diameter opening on the valve? Could I just order two of the front and use in the back without an issue? Having hose connected too of course.
