Removing choke on 4150 Holley?
Can I just remove the e-choke and the choke flap? Thing has been a pain in the butt! And by doing this, will it change anything performance wise besides taking longer to warm up?

Yes, it's pretty easy to remove, and depending on the type of carb / size of engine, you may not even have any trouble with warm-ups, at least not any more than you had with it.
If you have ten thumbs, do it with the carb off the engine, just in case you drop something...
In theory, you'll gain a few cfm, but the difference isn't anything really noticeable.
In my case it's an 850 DP on a mild 440. As you can see, the entire choke / linkage is gone.
