manual choke @ throttle linkage

i seemed to have misplaced half of my manual choke, just the part that is on my carb, any suggestions on how to resolve this, and also my throttle linkage seemes to have walked away on me aslwell, the whole thing was jerry rigged and i'm not sure how to resolve it, i'm pretty sure it's a 1977, know it's a 318.

my first stop would be to the "HELP" section of the local auto parts.{we have O'Reilly's round here} they have some manual choke stuff. They can also order it if needed.
