Dash problems?

Has anyone had their dash restored, I have found a few places to have it done but I dont want so send it away untill I hear some feedback on other peoples experiance. Just dashes looks to be pretty good. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Also my slap stick t shifter is cracked and needs replacement.

Ya, just dash's is the only place that I can find that doesnt glue on a dash pad over top of the original. Thanks for the input, this is 1 of the areas that I want to be done perfectly. Id hate to send it away and then have to have it redone because it is not good enough. I am going to be installing new interior door panels, rear interior qaurters, a pillar trim, head liner, new seat leather, carpet etc... I dont want a dash that has splits in it and I also dont want a dash that if I drive it to a car show the first thing everyone will see is a glue on dash cover.
