10mm Spark Plug Wire

Does anyone know if they make a 10mm spark plug wire for the 426 Hemi that actually has the circular boot at the top? Would love black but at this point any color will suffice.

i think taylor has a set 10.4 mm, "thunder volt" summit or jegs should carry them,

Does the 10mm designation describe the insulation thickness, the core diameter or a combination of both ?
