1947 service brake switch

Can someone please inform me where this is located? I've look seemingly everywhere, to no avail.

If not on the brake pedal try the master cyl, this is only a guess I really dont have a clue.

that yr i would have to say the brake lever/petel. master cyl wasnt till late 70's..i think?
