Today my Grandpa and I were putting the final Front end pieces on the car becasue i got in a wreck back in January. Well it cam time to put the front bumper on and we got it on BUT! the bumper is sitting up WAY to high! The top of the bumper is above the bottom lip of the grill and it looks like utter CRAP! he says it looks fine but i do not like the way it looks! it just looks not right. it need to come out and down. Any Sugestions? what is wrong with it?

Sounds like the "Frame Horn" is bent to me ????
Put the car up on 4 jack stands, on a flat area, measure from the horn to the ground and see how far off it is?????
