1989 dodge w150

1989 dodge w150

I swicted the 318 2 barrel to 4 barrel edelbrock carb and intake ,what i am running into is the transmission kickdown bracket wont fit any suggestions i had bought the accelerator bracket from edelbrock?

You just need the 4 barrel bracket and linkage....

Smile Kickdown - Option

Check Summit Racing for a "Lokar" kickdown kit. They are available for 727s and 904s.

I tried but the application that i need is not a cable it is a the stabliezer bar.would i have to change the linksge for transmission?

Also check with Mancinni Racing.. Late motors use a cable arrangement a few $$ cheaper. The lokar is a good unit too... The carb and bracket are only part of the 4bbl setup

just left midwest shop , they are welding two arms on the old bracket for manifold for the shifter arm to stay in place this way it wont flop around cutting top off old bracket for it sit in properly. they only charge me 30 bucks . but now i wanted to thank everybody for suggestions.
