Hey, I'm gonna re-built an engine I got these heads 4448308 casting i know these are from a LA engine but I'm wanna use a 360 magnum. Does anybody knows if these heads match with that block???

That casting is for a 92-97 360

 

I'm guessing these heads are from a pre-magnum engine
couldn't find in the link if they really fit in a magnum block

this is about a oil thru or something, cause these heads use a oil passage and magnum ones do it by the pushrods so this is a matter of oiling.

so, pre-magnum heads dont fit with magnum blocks?

 

The years that Don posted are the years of the Magnum small block motors.

I have read that Magnum heads and LA heads are not inter-changable but not sure how true that is.
