383 internal or external balance?

383 internal or external balance?
How can I tell? 69 383, from roadrunner, balancer has 3 holes drilled in it but no weights, I understood the 383 to be internally balanced? How can I tell if the motor is pulled n on a mount?

the 383 is internally ballanced, if its a forged crnk it internally, cast externally

All 383 engines are internally balanced, and a handful of early 400's also were. I had an original '72 400 Roadrunner which had one of these engines in it.
