440-340

Ive got my 72 road runner it has its original 340 and tranny i would like to get a 440 for the car and keep the original if i ever decide to sell later. What I would like to know is there any major difference from a 440 that was in a motor home compared to a car? I found a old motor home they want 1100 but I thought about offering like 800 and seeing what I could get for scrap.

heads and compression ratio, from what i found motorhomes take a different sparkplug than the passenger car/light truck, smaller valves also,

the motorhome 440's are different in how 66 explained it, but the blocks are basically the same, so you can do whatever you want to them
