56-57-58 dodge picup cabs
i think in to 1960. but past that is unknown by me. on the front spring shackle's the 6 cyl was on one side of the spring. the V8 had the shackle straddle the spring. i put a 2 bbl carb on my 1957 6 cyl it was like adding an other engine. i welded up an adapter. but be VERY careful so the carb linkage does NOT stick open. if you over rev that engine it will wipe out the piston ring lands.
The 57 dodge is my absolute favorite!
That's another vehicle on my "want list" lol.
I believe only the 58 cab is the same,
I don't think the 56 cab (old body style before 57-60 redesign) or the 59 cab (different dash set-up) will work. IIRC (?)
I want to say the 60 will work, but I can't remember....
