67 fastback

Hello I'm new to this but am needing some advice. I recently acquired my old high school car. It has been out of my life for 22 years. One of my life regrets corrected. anyway, I cannot figure out how to remove the rear seat. 1967 fastback Barracuda. Thank you.

My first response was going to be "you need a shop manual" but some of the Barracuda stuff is 'different.'

In any case you can download a number of Mopar factory manuals here

and more here

On the Darts and other Mopars you simply kneel in front of the rear cushion and give it a "knee" down low to push it to the rear and release the hook catches. I've no idea if a Barracuda is the same

Thank you

I figured it out. In case any one else has this issue, first take off the corner trim pieces 2 phillips screws then remove upper seat 1/2 bolts x2 on each side, then slide the release on seat to fold down and it will come off. Then there are 2 smaller bolts that hold the back of the bottom seat that you can now get to. Then it is standard seat removal at this point press down on the front lift and push back. I hope this can help someone else. Im sure I'll have more questions at a later time.
