70s era Hurst floor shifter info

Hello,
I need help identifing a Hurst shifter for the 727. Pictures attached are of a floor shifter which was in my car when I bought it in 1975. 71 Cuda was a column shift and the first owner installed this shifter. I can't find any numbers except on the shifter handle, it looks like 7851.

I would like to rebuild this shifter and continnue to use it, but I think I'm missing some linkage (long time owner with many moves).

Looking for some old schematics or instructions, etc.

Thanks, Scott
