Brother in law asked me to store THIS! 68 Satellite wagon...

Since he is getting closer to making his 72 Duster roadworthy, my Brother in law is getting anxious. He wants to make some money to do his interior, get wheels and tires, you know the deal. he knows that I have had some success buying and selling cars and parts, so he wanted in on the fun. He lives in an apartment, so he asked me to store this....

The car has a 318, a 904 automatic and an 8 3/4 axle. There is some rust. He paid $600 and hopes to either sell it complete or part it out. The grille is the same as a 68 GTX. The fenders are pretty good. It has the front sway bar. The dash pad is perfect! Check out the tailgate though....
The power rear window works like new.

Parts car? Maybe. Guys on the EAST coast don't think so! You ought to see the stuff they bring back from the dead out there.
Another angle? Some guy may want it for a driver! Everything works. The car runs and drives.
Jeff put it on craigslist for $1800. I guess we will see if anyone wants it!

Not a chance! That’s a good wagon, right there. it’s amazing what a little bodywork and paint will do...

I think that thing is the bomb!

A few days ago some guy from Virginia was interested. That turned out to be a scam. He kept texting with plans to send the full price plus $700 to REIMBURSE us for the $700 shipping fee that we had to pay FIRST.
Uhhh...Lets see... I am supposed to pay YOUR shipper? I am?
I am supposed to pay, then YOU reimburse me for a car that YOU are buying?
Yeah....I'll get back to you on that one.
I have had interest from a few others, so this wagon will live on and make someone else happy!

My guess is that someone will buy it NOT to restore but for the front end That is the only thing that makes it worth anything. People from Ca don't deal with rust like people from back east.
I have a $3500 iers check somewhere one of those scamers sent to me for a van I had for sale.. And yes I knew it was a scam from the begining. Just played along. Everyone should play with the scamers !!!!
