Car buffers and compound
Car buffers and compound
hey all I am looking for a palm buffer for my car but i want one thats 4 inchs all i can find is 6 and bigger Im pretty sure they do make them does anyone know of any place i can get one. Also what kind of compound does everyone use on light scratches I cant seem to find anything that works for me ive tried 3m rubbing compound some stuff made by turtle wax and some other stuff that i got from a friend dont seem to work any help would be great thanks
I used Meguiars on my car. Have you sanded the scratches out, if not, get some 2000 grit wet paper and a wet sand block and sand lightly until the scratch is go be careful not to sand thought, then use a low cut compound, then use a polish compound, should come out nicely. The place i would try to get a smaller buffer would be a paint jobber, or harbor freight might have a cheep one. good luck.
