cordoba fever,a few questions?
Having already done the all out hot rod thing, with a 63 valiant business coup, and I mean all out from stem to stern, and I'm quite a bit l older now I have gotten to really like the 75 to 78 cordoba, with a 400 engine, I like the short stroke big bore, I think with a little work on the cam, heads, and exhoust the 400 can perform quite well, any how is the cordoba a, b body or what body is it exactly, if any one has any questions about putting a 360 in a 63 valiant, with a 83/4, 727 tranny ect. ect.I might be able to help

cordoba took the place of the charger B body the last year for the charger was 1974 but then the charger nameplate came back with the 300 nameplate in 1975 that was your first year of the cordoba body style the cordoba would cary over until 1983

The Chrysler Cordoba is a B Body and virtual twin of the Dodge Charger SE, they came in 318, 360, and 400.
The 400 is a great engine for a stroker conversion..
the charger was available from 66-78 as a b-body..

Very good choice. I absolutely love mine. It combines so many different styles all in the 19 foot body. I wish mine had a 400, but the 360 is really responsive still. Maybe its the 2 1/2" drag pipes

I've got 2 76s one has a 360 and the other had a 400. I'm currently working getting the one ready to repaint, but I'd probably sell either. They are definitely cool cars and I prefer earlier round headlight ones, but I'd take a 79 300 especially if it was one of the reds.

The 75-79 Cordoba is indeed a "B-body". During that period, the Plymouth Fury, Dodge Charger, and Dodge Magnum were also B-body. The 80-83 Cordoba was NOT a B-body, nor was the Dodge Mirada.
