if i ever have trouble with *** system again. i will cancel my hook up totally and start all over. even with the start up cost. the *** modem i had will NOT work right if doesnt have a phone hooked up to it. ???????? and that was just the start of my trouble. dont EVEN ask about the box for the TV.
Did your son run the Speed Check Moe????

Well "good luck with that." Like most of us, we here in my town have almost zero options
There's only one cable co, "Time Warner." I don't have cable TV at all, only their internet
If you are close enough to a phone switch you can order Verizon (used to be, now Frontier?) DSL
If you REALLY want to get screwed you can go to some sort of cell based "service" and REALLY get "serviced."
And, there are various satellite based screwjobs which don't seem to ever work in snow and rain
And, scattered here and there, are "point to point" mountaintop services, operated at the convenience and whim of the so called operator.
So I repeat........"Good luck with that."
We have already found out how effective the U.S. Govt "consumer protection" is in the banking / investment industry, so why would you expect the FCC to be doing any bettter in the "communications" end of it.

MY SON? well he beat me up last week. i kicked him out. i had him arrested. how i dont have any one to help finish moving in to my moms house. so how am i? iam 65 years old and living in my moms basement. my moms Alzheimer's is advanced. all my family is telling how to take care of my mom. BUT NOT helping. if they was just NOT helping that wold be ok. but some are actively causing trouble. and i have not even started about my moms brother.
