Crossing brands
I'm not trying to joke and it is not that I don't take this forum seriously. I am asking because I saw an amazing 4 2barrel weber set up for the ford boss 302 that would look amazing on a mopar small block and was wondering if there would be any way to convert it to fit This is what it looks like on a sunbeam tiger
If there were interchangeable parts, they would be listed like fan belts [for example] by size. when a part is listed by make, I would think everyone would understand that it fits only that specified make. I honestly thought there was a punchline coming.
Your best bet to have a set up like that would be to get a set of flanges to bolt to the block, weld some tubing on them, then a rubber hose to a long tube large enough to weld some flanges onto it to mount the carbs. It'd be a BIG job for a newbie to mechanics, and not a small one to someone with a lot of experience.
that being said, have you priced those set ups? I was going to go with one for a SBC in a mid year corvette, and it was over $2500 a few years back. I'm sure you can find someone who would make you one, but be prepared to spend cubic dollars on it.

Indy cylinder head makes a tunnel ram base that allows you to bolt your own top to it. I.E. 1x4, 2x4, or six pak. Also saw on my adventures, someone who had made their own top and fed it with 8 1-barrel throttle bodies for FI! Way Effin cool! Hope this helps, Scotty

Is this what the fabricated manifold would look like?
