Good/Cheap Oil Brake

Got a 360 LA just put new bearings/rings in it. Lifters/cam are original. Engine only had 65k but bad/leaky seals so i just did a basic rebuild. This has the flat tappet hyd lifters also. Not sure what to use for a brake in oil some said run rotella with brake in additive?
This is just in my old truck that's going to be daily but may see some towing.
Also i'm in northeast NY so summer can get to 85-90 and winter can get to -20.
So ill be needing to find the right oil weight for seasons.

Hope you put all the lifters back in the same holes..
Regular oil will be just fine... If not just run Castrol 30W For summer. Change the oil and filter after 300 miles, and then 3,000 miles after that. Check the oil every fillup until you get use to its consumption.

Keep us posted on how it runs
