Just purchased 85 royal se pickup for builder

Thinking of an edelbrock for my 85 360. Optimum cfm for factory cam? So much emission stuff. How much is necessary?

I had a 77 short box 4wd with a 360 with an RV cam and headers, I used a 600 vacuum Holley.
