I don't have a cell phone. Just send them to me when you can. Possibly through here or email.
An 80s Mopar should be able to be had for that price, maybe even an early 90s. A lot of it depends on what you can handle fixing yourself. Look around on local forums, news paper, etc. I'm sure that there is something around where you live.
yeah I have been looking at a lot of late 70s f bodies (aspens and volares) and you get get some decent runners for around $1000 but they would deffinitley be project cars as there not good for much in their present state usually except for beaters. it all depends on what your looking for and how much you want to spend
like they said before good luck finding a car and when you do be prepared to pay to fix it nothing really is cheap with these cars so if you cant afford a decent car i wouldnt be buying a beater just from experiance i have put a lot of money in my car i have now and its still not done.. just remember everything on the car you will be looking to buy is old can break and have to be replace and that will add up and it adds up fast.....once again good luck in your search and be smart.... mopar nate i wish you the best of luck

You may be able to get the car for a grand, but expect to put well over that into fixing it. I am looking at getting my Cordoba up and running, and even then there are bits here and there that need replacing, and a lot of things that I can see coming up down the line - as my father would put it - they are a money pit. Then again, so are motorcycles!

But they're a FUN money pit. Keep lookin', just keep realistic expectations, as well.

Hey man, I was in the exact same boat as you about four months ago! I'm 17, and I just got my first car. I found a 76 Dart on craigs list, and ended up paying 1800 for it. Not to be repetitive, but the other guys hit the nail on the head. My dart was in great shape when I got it, but it still needed a lot of work, just because its old, and things break. All said and done, I have about another grand into it, and counting! haha. Good luck with the car hunting, don't get discouraged if it takes a while to find the one that's right for you!
