Manual to power brakes

Manual to power brakes
I was wondering how much is involved into converting my GTX, from manual to power brakes. I need to replace all my brake lines and master cylinder anyways. Is there much more to do to make them power? It still has 4 wheel drums.

from an engineering stand point the pedal arm on power and non-power have a different lever ratio, generaly. but i dont know if car makers always do it like that. your car might use the same arm for both. i am not sure. and master and wheel cyl sizes enter into this allso. so like so many car things it is a system. not one thing at a time. a cam and carb does not a race car make.

I completely ignored the part about not converting to disc brakes. Sorry. But, I agree with Bremereric, go manual disc, over power drum. I have manual disc on my Duster. 8:80 in the 1/8th, and never had a problem stopping.
