racer hog your fine with me. a little teasing is good. on my RC site we have a guy called Rolex we tease him about not wearing any pants. it gets very funny.. course you know av gas in car engine will lean it out. just remember av gas is made for high altitudes the way the gas is mixed is MUCH different. but its your engine.

you DO know that the air at 20,000 ft is MUCH different than on the ground, so the gas has to be made for that. you passed the carb thing for sure. the Oxytane thing is new to me. its my bed time ill look at it tomorrow. i think its so great to have such great friends. g nite

They call it av gas but if these planes flew at 20'000 ft they would explode. The av fuel they are calling av fuel is sold at a gas station right next to a stock car track... So I think it is just called that for marketing laws...You can only put it in jugs it is not allowed to pumped into vehicles....Bill (ya no outlaw chit) its prob. moonshine lol

about oxytaine they uses PDF software i DO NOT. sorry. years ago i found a artical that showed why to NOT use avgas in a street engine. basically the most harm was leaning out the engine, not much but some.

I spoke to a local small aircraft pilot and he said real av gas has additives for boiling point and something about...oh my memory is crap. Anyway he warned against deposits or something. VP 114 costs like nine bucks a gallon right now and av gas has got to be cheaper, what do you guys pay for it right now.
